The Atlantic Container Line website is a commercial forum. It is the intent of the company that it's website is not generally available for linkage to or from the entire commercial transportation community, but is intentionally limited to ACL, certain vendors and those not-for profit and civic groups whose specific and limited purpose is to promote general transportation policy, transportation industry and economic welfare, as well as websites owned and operated by local, state and federal organizations promoting the transportation industry.

Furthermore, the criteria used in deciding which links can or cannot be either included on the site, or link to the site, are content neutral.
